Reliable belt conveyor designed for the continuous transportation of sludge, screenings and solid materials from the collection hopper to the designated discharge point.
Sludge & Screenings Handling
The CH Belt Conveyor is designed for the continuous transportation of sludge, screenings and other solid materials generated during municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes.
The equipment uses a PVC or rubber conveyor belt to move material in a straight direction from the receiving hopper to the designated discharge point. The conveyor can be supplied in an open, partially covered or enclosed arrangement according to site and operational requirements.
CH Belt Conveyors are designed for stable and smooth operation while maintaining simple operating requirements and low maintenance intensity.
The conveyor width, conveying speed, conveyor length, motor power, belt material and construction material can be selected according to the required handling capacity and project conditions.
Sludge and screenings collected during wastewater treatment must be transferred safely and continuously from the collection point to the next handling or disposal process.
The CH Belt Conveyor receives material from a hopper or upstream treatment equipment and transports it in a straight direction toward the designated discharge point.
A continuously moving PVC or rubber belt supports the material during transportation. The supporting frame, rollers, drive motor and gearbox maintain stable movement along the conveyor length.
Depending on the project requirements, the conveyor can be supplied with a stainless-steel cover, wash system, counterweight arrangement, selected belt material, customised conveying speed and project-specific material of construction.
Operating Process
Main Components
