Screening & Pre-Treatment
The CH Static Screen is designed to separate solids from wastewater using a V-shaped wedge-wire screening surface. Wastewater flows across the screen while liquid passes through the openings and captured solids move toward the discharge area.
With no moving parts and no operating power required for standard gravity-fed applications, the system offers simple operation and minimal maintenance. The screen is suitable for municipal wastewater treatment and industries such as food processing, chemical processing, pulp and paper, textile, and dairy.
The V-shaped wedge-wire screening surface provides efficient solids capture while allowing liquid to drain through the screen.
The continuous screen opening maximises the effective flow area and helps reduce plugging and operational downtime.
The system can receive flow by gravity or from a pumped overflow tank, with no moving components required for standard operation.
